Okay, so I drew these legs...of a girl....yeah.
Her tights were originally flourescent pink. But for some reason the scanner hates my flourescent Copics. ^_^;;
I tried to use a bit of a saturation/hue/darkness dabble to make it look more flourescent. ^_^
